Tintoria Emiliana operates through its Integrated Laboratory dedicated to chemical and instrumental analyses applied to raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, with the aim of ensuring scientific control of processes and performance reliability throughout the entire textile supply chain.

The company has entered into a framework agreement with the Textile Quality Centre, a laboratory specialising in analytical testing for the textile and clothing sector, focused on material qualification, production process validation, technological innovation and skills transfer.

The structured synergy between the two laboratories allows for the integration of chemical-physical analyses, performance tests and regulatory compliance checks, providing customers with objective tools to:

  • intervene precisely on process parameters;
  • prevent non-compliance and quality issues;
  • optimise material performance;
  • mitigate technical, regulatory and commercial risks.

The Textile Quality Centre is accredited by Accredia, is part of the Emilia-Romagna High Technology Network and is recognised by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission.
