Tintoria Emiliana<\/strong> has always paid great attention to textile chemistry for the use of certified dyeing processes, also introducing natural dyes from dye plants, natural earths and colouring pigments obtained from metal oxides recovered from industrial waste. Over the last ten years, TE’s constant research and experimentation has focused on water recovery. Thanks to our new purification system, we have managed to recover 80% of the water and sodium chloride from our dyes through an ultra and nano filtration system<\/strong>. The remaining 20% is further treated and sent to the biological treatment plant for disposal, while 80% of the water is reused for new dyeing cycles.
\nThe new purifier is a technologically advanced system that uses membranes capable of separating wastewater through a catalytic oxidation process to obtain a concentrate of water and sodium chloride separated from everything else, which is dye water and other substances. The remaining wastewater, further degraded by an oxygenation system, is purified in our biological purification plant that produces activated sludge.
\nEssentially, this plant allows us to achieve two results: the recovery of primary products and lower operating costs for the biological plant<\/strong>. The great advantage of this plant is its economic and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
