OUR SERVICES
1) Reception of fabrics and accessories
and transcodification (according to the codes of each customer)
2) Inspection of the fabrics on
the table in order to ascertain:
- start/end of the piece of cloth
- centre/selvedge
- weight (m2/g)
- fraying
- right side
- dimensional stability (after the various treatments)
- colour
- feel
- appearance
3) Fabric inspection line:
- width of the fabric
- defectiveness with codification, depending on the seriousness
of the defect (slight-medium-serious)
4) Visual inspection of the accessories, functionality
tests and tests to ascertain the ability to withstand the various
treatments.
Analytical tests (Nickel free, etc....) can be conducted upon
the customers’ request.
Our customers can check the results of the
tests conducted on their fabrics via the Internet. Here they will
find reports about the analyses to which the entire lot or each
individual piece of cloth have been subjected as well as a useful
graph. Besides showing the type of defect, this also indicates
its location on the cloth, an essential parameter for ascertaining
whether the fabric can be used.
Our warehouse sends off the complete package
that allows the clothing company to make up the finished article.
After inspection, your fabrics are stored while waiting to be
“launched”, i.e. a request for preparation.
The Fabric Service will also allow you to:
- ascertain and check the quality
of your suppliers
- acquisire your customers’ needs by downloading their orders
yourselves
- quantify your fabric requirements (so as to proceed with a “launch”)
- dialogue in real time with the software created by Emilsoftware
